About the Event
Molly, from Oh My Mahjong is returning to the Caspari Flagship Store to instruct mahjong classes on Saturday, October 25th.
This month, she will be instructing Mahjong 101 for beginners and a Mahjong 201 class, for experienced Mahjong players

Mahjong 101 // 9:30am - 12:30pm // $85
Class Description: Your introductory crash course to learn the basics to your newest obsession… Mahjong! Learn everything from the tiles, to the Card to all of the unique aspects of gameplay including the deal, dancing of the tiles known as The Charleston, and much more. You'll leave this lesson wondering when you get to play again next!
*Mahjong 101 is intended for anyone who is looking to learn how to play Mahjong, including those who have had one lesson. Mahjong 101 covers all the basic knowledge of how to play Mahjong and can be taken more than once. This class gives you the confidence you need to play Mahjong.*
Mahjong 201 // 1:00pm - 3:30pm // $85
Class Description: Sharpen your Mahjong skills with a focus on advanced strategies, faster gameplay, and deeper rule knowledge. In this class, we’ll refine decision-making, explore defensive and offensive techniques, and practice reading the table to anticipate opponents’ moves. Expect plenty of guided play and strategy discussions to take your game to the next level.
Bring a notebook to note lines that have the most overlapping tiles! This class is for players that already know how to play Mahjong.

Oh My Mahjong brand founded by Megan, whose passion for Mahjong began in college and was rekindled during the COVID-19 pandemic. She envisioned the game as a means to bring people together and celebrate its rich heritage. Starting from her garage, Megan managed all aspects of the business, which has since expanded to over 800 stores.
