If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of non-personalized, unused, unopened, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of the date on your printed receipt.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our personalized and/or monogrammed napkins, stationery, and holiday cards, we do not accept returns on these items. If you are unhappy with your custom Caspari purchase, please contact our customer service team for a resolution.
Returned merchandise must include a copy of the receipt. Used or opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return. Credits will be given to your original form of payment.
